TapasTerra is a family-owned grill, tapas and bar in Palm City, Florida. Our Founder and Executive Chef is Pablo Bouquet, an Argentinian chef and restaurateur who has opened five restaurants on two continents.
Born and raised in Mar del Plata, Argentina, Chef Bouquet refined his craft in the kitchens of Buenos Aires and São Paulo before settling on Florida's Treasure Coast, where he ran Port Barna in Jensen Beach. There he built a following for a Mediterranean-inspired repertoire that marries the flavors of Spain, France, Italy, Greece and Morocco.
At TapasTerra that journey lands on the table as Brazilian-style grilled meats, Spanish tapas, fresh salads and paella, house-made sauces and European desserts, served with a full bar and a warm, cozy dining room. Pablo is usually in the house, and guests know him by name.
Chef Bouquet's newest concept, Port Tradition, brings the same hospitality to Tradition Town Center in Port St. Lucie. Its "Mexiterranean" kitchen blends Mexican and Mediterranean cooking: flatbreads, tacos, tapas, grilled proteins and paella, all made in-house.
